The one that is number one on our list is the all-new Tata Curvv SUV. It is expected to launch in India in August 2024. It is expected that the Curvv will be available in Red, Grey, Black and White color. It is expected to have an 1198 cc engine, manual transmission, and petrol fuel option.
The Tata Motors CURVV concept combines the toughness of an SUV with the sleekness of a Coupe, creating a stylish and practical vehicle. It looks strong outside with its raised ride height and tough design, while the inside is spacious and modern, packed with the latest technology. Priced starting from Rs. 6.49 lakh (ex-showroom), the 2024 Swift introduces a sleek design with updated front and rear bumpers, LED lighting elements including DRLs and projector headlamps, and stylish 15-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels. The addition of new colors like Luster Blue and Novel Orange adds a vibrant touch, while dual-tone options further enhance the car’s appeal.
Inside, the new Swift boasts a revamped interior featuring a modern dashboard with Piano Black accents and Satin Matte Silver inserts, along with an upgraded nine-inch Smart Play Pro+ touchscreen infotainment system. Convenience and comfort are prioritized with features like cruise control, wireless phone mirroring, rear AC vents, and keyless entry. Safety is also a key focus, with six airbags, ESP, brake assist, and a reverse parking camera ensuring a secure driving experience. It is expected to be launched in the middle of 2024.
Powering the 2024 Swift is a new 1.2-litre Z Series petrol engine generating 80bhp and 112Nm of torque, paired with either a six-speed manual gearbox or an AMT unit. The car is available in five variants – LXi, VXi, VXi(O), ZXi, and ZXi+ – catering to diverse preferences and budgets. Maruti Dzire
The Fourth car on our list is The Maruti Suzuki Dzire. The highly anticipated 2024 Maruti Suzuki Dzire is set to make its debut in India on June 15, 2024, with an estimated price range of ₹6.70 to ₹10.00 lakh. Under the hood, the Dzire is anticipated to share the 1.2-liter petrol engine from the new-gen Swift, offering a balance of power and efficiency with 89bhp and 113Nm of torque, available with a choice of manual or AMT transmissions. Additionally, a CNG variant may also be on offer, catering to diverse consumer preferences in the compact sedan segment.
BMW 5 Series
The fifth one on our list is The BMW 5 Series. The highly anticipated 2024 BMW 5 Series is scheduled for launch on May 14, 2024, boasting three variants, an automatic transmission, and an estimated price range of ₹85 lakh to ₹1 crore. This eighth generation of the BMW, codenamed G60/G61/G68, promises a blend of luxury, performance, and advanced technology.
The new 5 Series is expected to feature a range of powertrains, including an all-electric i5 derivative, catering to diverse customer preferences.
